All wristbands will be sent to the address or collection point you indicate on the purchase form. If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so from September 20 through the management platform that we will launch. This change will be possible as long as the ticket holder is not modified. If a change of holder is needed, a name change will be necessary.

 

Shipping will begin in April 2025. We will send you a tracking link by email once the bracelet has been delivered to the CORREOS delivery person.

 

Along with the bracelet, we will include a note with the steps to follow to activate it if necessary. This way, you will only have to put it on correctly on the day of the event. Remember to bring your ID to the festival, as it will be verified at the entrance to the venue that the wearer of the bracelet is the holder of the ticket.

 

This year, a fee of €2.99 will be applied per ticket, which will cover the cost of the premium packaging and the express shipping service we have implemented for Holika 2025. This fee also includes a possible return of your wristband package in case of repeated absence at the shipping address.
